Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to help!

Returns & Exchanges
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Atlas will review the item upon receipt and may issue a credit for the merchandise, minus a 20% restocking fee.

Your return must include the original receipt or proof of purchase. If you purchased online, you may download a copy of your receipt from your order history by logging into our customer area.

Sale, Closeout, or Coupon Items
Unless otherwise noted, items purchased while on sale or with a coupon may be returned. We will refund the current price of the item or the original price that was paid, whichever is least. Coupons have no cash value. Closeout items may not be returned unless otherwise noted.

Return Authorization Number (RMA)

If you are exchanging or returning an item; please contact us for a RMA number before shipping the original item back to us. We will provide you with any further instructions in accordance to our refund policy (see below). Send us an email via our contact form by clicking here and reference "Return" in the subject line or call us at (800) 346-9902 and ask for internet sales.

Exchanges

 If the item you would like in exchange is less than the cost of the original item, we will issue a refund in accordance to our refund policy (see below). If the item you would like in exchange costs more than the price of the original item, we will provide you with further instructions upon receipt of your return.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) minus a 20% restocking fee. We will notify you once we have authorized the refund / credit. You will receive the credit within a 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. If the refund takes longer than 5 business days, please contact your card issuer. Please allow 7-10 days to receive the refund via USPS if you paid via check / money order.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In some cases, we may issue a shipping label with your RMA. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We will gladly pick up the cost for return shipping if we sent you the wrong item by mistake.

Defective Products

If you have received a defective product and are within 30 days of purchase, Atlas will issue a refund or exchange the defective item. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unit product is declared defective. If product is declared defective, customer will be credited the cost ot the product and the return shipping cost. If replacement item is desired, Atlas will not ship the new item until receipt of defective goods.

If outside of 30 days, Atlas will inspect the defective product and will, if applicable, issue a credit for future purchases. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs until product is declared defective. If product is declared defective, customer will be credited the cost of the product and the return shipping cost. If replacement item is desired, Atas will not ship the new item until receipt fo defective goods.

Warranted Products

In the event a product is warranted by Atlas, an Atlas vendor or manufacturer, all warranty policies and restrictions apply. If you wish to obtain a written copy of a warranty, please contact us at: (800) 346-9902 and reference the product name and item number in your request. Manufacturer warranties supersede all Atlas Manufacturing, Inc. warranties.
